Required State Disclosures

California (California Civil Code §1798.99.80 et seq.)

Astoria is registered as a data broker with the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA).

Vermont (9 V.S.A. § 2446 et seq.)

Astoria is registered as a data broker with the Vermont Secretary of State.
While we may collect limited information from users who visit our websites or contact us directly, the majority of the data we license or sell is acquired from third-party sources and not collected directly from consumers. As required by Vermont law, we maintain a comprehensive written information security program to safeguard all personal data we handle.
Because we do not collect most consumer data directly, an opt-out mechanism is not offered through our websites.
